I was delighted to give an introduction to Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) at Brian Soanes’ business club.
I provided insights on how The Business Club members could get their websites and digital advertisements to perform better for their businesses. I also explained my approach and informed the group about the key areas Stamford Digital looks at when evaluating a digital experience.
Halfway through the talk I handed out worksheets and asked attendees to complete them. These short worksheets provided me with valuable information which allowed me to carry out live critiques of members’ websites. Each website I reviewed had improvement action points that the member could take away from the evening.
The feedback I received after the talk was fantastic, with many members taking up the offer of a free digital review by Stamford Digital.
